Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. Charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. You can also track your order by:

Delivery Instructions
To ensure smooth delivery, please:

- Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during business hours

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or other reasons:
- We will attempt to contact you using the provided phone number
- Additional delivery attempts may be made (charges may apply)
- If delivery cannot be completed, the order may be returned to us
- Returned orders may be subject to a restocking fee
International Delivery
